If your violation is not on this page, you must appear in court.

  • Car Tag Ticket

    You plead guilty and will have the following fines and must pay before your court date:


    $190 - No tag  


    $185 - Expired tag    


    $190 - Vehicle not registered 


    $265 - Switched tag  



  • Driver's License Ticket

    This will be dismissed when a valid license is presented to the magistrate before your court date.

  • Insurance Ticket

    This will be dismissed if you show proof of valid insurance (valid at time of citation) before your court date. Otherwise, you plead guilty and will have the following fines and must pay before your court date:


    $190 - Obtained insurance after the citation. 


    $215 - No valid insurance has been obtained.

Court sessions are Tuesday & Wednesday beginning at 6:00pm, check-in begins at 5:30pm.


The Homewood Municipal Court is authorized to hear misdemeanor criminal and traffic cases which involve offenses committed within its police jurisdiction.


Normal office hours are Monday-Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm.
