John Morgan is the Court Clerk/Chief Magistrate. Court sessions are located at 310 West Valley Avenue,  Homewood, Alabama  35209, Tuesday & Wednesday beginning at 6:00pm, check-in begins at 5:30pm. The Homewood Municipal Court is authorized to hear misdemeanor criminal and traffic cases which involve offenses committed within its police jurisdiction. Normal office hours are Monday-Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm.
